Optimizing the perception of the Bogner company from the outside, a showroom for all Bogner collections and a representative entrance situation – these were the objectives for the design of a new building on the Bogner premises in Munich on which 70 years of steady progress left a heterogenous accumulation of structures.
All showrooms, the cafeteria and sales offices start from a two-story entrance hall with a swaying façade. The façade is shielded by vertical lamellas. They provide sun protection, leave clearings and give the whole building an overall homogenous appearance. Form and structure distinguish the showroom building from its surroundings and it is noticed as the reception point for all visitors.
